Hi Q Shan,
very easy to handle. Please note us your instruction, "cover vias" by ordering in the -special instruction- area.
The (right) setting for covering vias can be found under "edit - design rules" and adjusted under "mask - limit"
All vias will be covered where the adjustment of the drills is smaller than the limit.
