What finish do you apply to your PCBs? (HASL / ENIG / Silver / other?)

When populating your PCBs, what temperature / time can the pads withstand heating in manual and automatic soldering operations before damage is done to the pads?

What is the TG content of your 6 layer FR4 boards?

in our PCB - Pool we use HAL but different surface finish can be ordered as non - pool. For temperatures and other specifications please refer to our technical data sheets at "http://www.pcb-pool.com/ppuk/service_specifications.html"
