Discount points
I was looking in my account information and it said I had 5 discount points.
What are they?
How do I earn them?
What are they worth when I use them? - I assume I just enter the number in the order.

Hi Duncan,
This is a discount incentive which we offer to our customers.Once you have received an order from us ,you are asked to evaluate our service (online).
When you have rated five orders you will receive a discount number,you can then use this number to receive a 10% discount on your next order.
