Hi,
I have tough about a couple more questions:

1) Should I place copper pours on the top and bottom layers of a multilayer PCB, will a 0.3mm clearance be manufacturable?

2) Silk screen of with the following dimensions: line width 0.2, text high 1.5mm is manufacturable?

Hi Paul,
A clearance of 0.3mm between copper pour area and any pad'strack's on outer layer's is sufficient. In fact we can manufacture gaps of 0.15mm.
For the silkscreen the line width must be 0.15mm and the height must be 2.0mm
