1. Is it ok to have non-plated holes on a board, or is there a price surcharge for non-plated holes ?

1: In Pool (very low costs) we don't differ Non-plated holes from plated holes, they're all plated!
2: Sure it is O.K. to use tented vias, you just have to make a note on the order sheet so that we know!
