Hello,

I have a wierd issue that I am trying to resolve. I have a simple 8 layer board I am trying to complete. When looking at the layers through the layout plus tool, the power and ground layers look as they should. However, when I do post processing and use the gerber viewer to view the layers, ground looks fine, but power is either lost or has become exactly the same as ground. I am in need of expertise to figure out why this is happening. I can provide gerbers, gtd and max files for your observation if that helps. Fellow workers here cannot figure it out either. One note, after post processing, the log file pops up and it appears that power and groudn have identical data....not sure why this is happening.

Hi Curtis,
Please email me your gerber files so that I can have a look. What software did you use to design the pcb. I am not familar with the "Layout Plus Tool".
