Thema: Panel Calculation

Panel Calculation
Hi

I have a pcb which is 70mm x 50mm and when calculating
it tells me I can have 2 pcbs out of 1DM which is 160mm x 100mm.

Now I understand that we have to leave 2mm between boards for cutting out but even if I reduce my pcb size to say 70 x 45mm then it still allows me only to have 3 pcbs per DM and not 4 per DM.

I can drop the PCB size down to 70 x 45mm but not any lower really and also am after 200 so the 50 LOT would work out fine with this calculation.

Regards

Sean.

Hi Sean
You can leave the pcb at whatever size you require and you can order as many pieces as you want. I imagine you are only after entering a quantity of 1 and the software has calculated that you will get 2 boards in our minimum area. When you are ordering just enter a quantity of 200 and select the Series 50 option and everything should be ok. From your size the price should be approx Euro 536. If you have any problems you can contact our sales office and someone will be glad to help you.

Best Regards
