Minimum Gap between boards on a Panel V-Scoring
I want to know what the minimum gap is required for a PCB that is panelised on a 270mm by 250mm panel.
I have a number of designs that are rectangular and would be a single design on each panel. The designs have greater than the minimum board edge to copper clearance, as specified on your spec documents. Can the board edges of each board be placed next to each other (ie, a design that is 100mm x 30mm be placed inside the panel as a 4x2 totalling 200mm x 120mm) and add two border strips of 10mm to the edges for V-scoring instead of routing or is a small clearance required?

Hi Tony,
Yes you can create the panel as you suggested as long as the minimum copper clearance to board edge is maintained.
