Hello,

I need to put a BGA chip on my PCB. Balls are 1mm pitch, so your specs do not seem to allow for it.

Any solution ?

Hi Pierre,
Unfortunatily if you cannont design you pcb within our spec then Pcb-Pool is out for you.
We do also offer a Non Pool service where we will use one of the many other manufacturers available to us who can produce pcb's containing these devices.
