Reflow controller cannot learn?Oven to hot message
Hi, i just got the oven and i am still trying to go though the learn mode.

I used the temperature sensor and the multimeter to calibrate internally the reflow controller.

The i type learn and the process starts...

Here is what the log looks like:

Heating State : 06 07 08 09 00 05 00 06
Heating Trans : 03 04 04 03 03 03 05

Apart from the obvious spelling mistake in the log entry, i have tried reducing the power, reducing the time, reducing the temperature so that when the time expires the temperature is just about right....

No luck...

I must be doing something terribly wrong...

Any advice? I was hoping i could use the oven over the weekend..

Aw: Reflow controller cannot learn?Oven to hot message
Hi Thanos,

please try:

If you are soldering several boards in rapid succession, the oven must be allowed to
cool to under 50°C between the individual soldering procedures
The soldering procedure can only start once the oven has a temperature of < 50 °C.

• LED “Reflow”enabled:
The controller is in the reflow phase of the soldering process.

flashing:
Due to high oven temperatures (> 50 °C), no new soldering process can be started.
